Nicholas kam 2006 als Peace Corps-Freiwilliger für nachhaltige Landwirtschaft nach Cahuasquí, sollte zwei Jahre bleiben und ging nie wirklich. Die Farm existiert, weil er und seine Nachbarn sie von Hand gebaut haben. Er pflanzte Kaffee in Böden, in denen noch nie welcher gewachsen war; dieser Kaffee hat seitdem bei einer professionellen Verkostung 93 Punkte erreicht. Er wird ihn Ihnen einschenken.

If you want tranquility, altitude, real food and a place with a soul, yes. If you want a party, a resort, or five-star polish, no. This is a rustic working farm, remote by design, at 7,700 feet.
