Yoga On the Farm
Each day of the week is devoted to one chakra, from grounding on day one to integration on the morning you leave. Mornings are active practice, evenings are restorative.
The perfect balance of yoga, good food, and exploration, carefully crafted by Messina and Nick, your site guide. Mornings on the mat, meals from the garden, midday out in the valleys, and restorative evenings to close the day.
During the midday block the farm and the mountains meet: swim beneath a waterfall, soak in nearby hot springs, hike the canyon trails, walk into Cahuasquí for a town tour, or forage for wild mushrooms at the forest edge. Or book Reiki, massage or a cleanse, and a quiet afternoon on the farm is always yours instead.
